In case you wanted to know what techniques and tools I will be using in therapy, I am integrative in my therapeutic approach and mainly pull from the following modalities: Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
There are some not mentioned here that I pull from occasionally as well. What matters most is what I can use that will be most effective for you.
